Living in Pursuit began with a simple but powerful mission: to help people discover who they are, develop their gifts, and pursue purpose with discipline and clarity. What started as a coaching company quickly grew into a broader vision, one that not only equips individuals, but also empowers organizations to transform how they integrate innovation and strategy into how they deliver products, services, and grow and develop talent.
We later realized that discovering purpose is only the first step—turning that purpose into meaningful impact requires the right infrastructure. This includes data, strategy, marketing, and systems that deploy mission effectively. By building these foundational tools, we help organizations and individuals not only act on their vision, but do so in a way that is measurable, scalable, and sustainable.

At Living in Pursuit, our mission is to break down systemic barriers that have historically prevented creatives, entrepreneurs, and young professionals from excelling in traditional environments that were never designed with them in mind. We are intentionally building innovative pathways for overlooked and underutilized talent—creating access, structure, and opportunity where there has often been none.

Workforce Development
At Living in Pursuit, our workforce development approach is rooted in competency mapping, skills analysis, and performance alignment to identify and activate high-potential individuals who have historically been overlooked by traditional systems. We specialize in working with STARS (Skilled Through Alternative Routes) talent, as well as multifaceted, creative, and gifted individuals whose capabilities often extend beyond conventional job descriptions but lack formal recognition or structured career pathways.
We intentionally serve underserved and underrepresented populations who have faced systemic gaps in access, guidance, and opportunity. Many of these individuals have never been provided with clear direction, career mapping, or the infrastructure needed to navigate sustainable economic pathways. Our work addresses this gap by designing structured development pipelines, career pathway models, and scalable talent ecosystems that bridge the divide between raw potential and workforce readiness.
Through our proprietary frameworks, we conduct holistic talent assessments, integrating cognitive agility, pattern recognition, creative intelligence, and applied skillsets into measurable workforce competencies. This allows us to translate nontraditional experience into quantifiable, market-aligned capabilities that employers can understand, evaluate, and deploy effectively.

Andrea is the visionary founder and CEO of Living in Pursuit. With a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience, leadership development expertise, and a heart for purpose-driven work, Andrea equips leaders and teams to align strategy with growth while building pathways for long-term impact.
Throughout her career, Andrea has facilitated board meetings, led workshops for executives and emerging leaders, and partnered with schools, nonprofits, and corporate organizations to design innovative solutions. Her work is rooted in creating clarity, building sustainable strategies, and developing talent pipelines that prepare individuals for growth both personally and professionally. Her passion for multifaceted creatives have led to innovative solutions and strategies for workforce development efforts and entrepreneurs alike. Passionate about community impact, Andrea is often seen speaking at schools, mentoring young professionals, and hosting conversations that inspire leaders to reimagine what’s possible. She believes that transformation happens when people are given the tools, structure, and vision to pursue purpose with discipline and intention.
